About Us

Smile Makers Family and Cosmetic Dentistry has been serving the Fort Worth community for 53 years. Our passion is treating patients like family, helping people feel confident in their smiles, and promoting full-body wellness through top quality dental care. Here, you are not simply a number. Meet the doctor

Dr. Caitlin Flosi

After growing up in a family of dentists and orthodontists, Dr. Caitlin Flosi continued the tradition by becoming the third generation of dentists in her family. After graduating with honors from TCU, she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She has been thrilled to have been back in Fort Worth for many years, serving this wonderful community!

Dr. Flosi loves building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing a pleasant and compassionate dental experience. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable at the dentist and more confident with their smiles.

Dr. Flosi is committed to continuing education, as well as personal and professional growth. She was nominated and elected to serve as the Director Under Ten Years for the Board of Directors for the Fort Worth District Dental Society. She was also one of 12 dentists nominated in Texas in 2020 and 2022 by the Fort Worth District Dental Society and Fort Worth Academy of General Dentistry for the New Dentist of the Year award. She was also named a “Top Dentist in Fort Worth” in 2022 and 2023 by Fort Worth Magazine. In addition, Dr. Flosi is pursuing her Fellowship postgraduate degree, a prestigious degree that only 6% of dentists earn. In her free time, Dr. Flosi loves attending TCU football games and walking the Trinity Trails with her fellow Horned Frog husband, Jake. They have a one-year-old son, Jack, and a 105-pound Great Pyrenees named Phil!

Meet the team

Sonya

Sonya was born and raised in Fort Worth. Her and her husband are proud parents of 2 boys that keep them busy and entertained. In her free time she enjoys running and being outdoors. Sonya has been in the Dental field since 2001. She loves working closely with patients and making sure they feel comfortable as soon as they walk in the door. She loves getting to know patients and learning about their hobbies and about their families. She feels that it creates a deeper relationship.

Cindy

Cindy was born and raised in Fort Worth but has resided in Weatherford since 2000. She has been helping people in the dental/TMD field since 1991. She works in the front office in our practice.She wants patients to know that our office is very inviting and friendly. When she is not in the office,she enjoys spending time with her two witty granddaughters, her family, and her friends.

Edith

Edith has been a Dental Assistant for 16 years. Her favorite part about dentistry is taking care of patients and making them feel comfortable in a dental setting. Edith grew up in a small town in Mexico & moved to Fort Worth when she was 13. Her hobbies include spending time with her daughter, family gatherings, traveling, church and hiking.

Mary

Mary grew up in a military family. She is a widow and loves to spend time with her two daughters and five grandchildren. She started in the dental field in the 1970s and continues to do so today. In her free time, she enjoys serving on the Fort Worth district dental society board and is involved in many churches' activities.

Halie

Halie has been a Dental Hygienist for over 8 years. As for education, she completed her Bachelor’s at The University of North Texas and her ADH (Associate of Dental Hygiene) at Tarrant County College. Halie & her husband, Josh, have a baby boy named Lane, and a golden retriever named Sully. Her hobbies outside of the dental office include DIY crafts, baking, exercising, spending time with family & friends, & loves all things Christmas.

Sheri

Sheri has been a hygienist since 1985 and desires that each person she sees feels comfortable while she cares for them. In her free time she enjoys gardening and serving at her church. Sheri above all is thankful for the gift of grace and love through Christ and the blessing of the wonderful people in her life…family, friends and patients!

Jana

Jana is a dental hygienist and has been in the dental field for 14 years now. She completed her degree in Dental Hygiene at Austin Community College. She fell in love with teeth at a young age and still loves being able to touch people's lives by helping them with their oral health. She is married to Ryan, with two little boys, Brooks and Brady. When she's not chasing her boys; she loves to relax at the lake or escape to the mountains.
